Auto Credit Based on Overland's Scaffold crane thruster trolley
Changed controls to Pitch & Roll.
Tweaks are in Green.
Frame: Spins freely (and slow) using thrusters. This is on purpose to give precision, and because they move really slow IRL :). Added 'bumpers' to dampen impact of trolly. Filled entire base with fuel.
Trolley: Removed 3 thrusters for slower speed. Added Orbit camera for accuracy. Thrusters push down to keep trolly on rail, and may have added automatic braking :).
