shortestAngle=Truein JointRotator XML using overload. The current turret can only rotate in one way. This code enables to use the shortest angle to aim the target*gasp* I think that
shortestAngleis the useful bit 'o code I needed, to make a turret's traverse ring's Rotator not suck arse!(ie, allow it to go from -1 directly to 1, without having to first go through 0)
