The punisher drone is a joint venture between General atomics and Northrop Grumman to build a new strike drone to replace both the Reaper and Guardian class of attack drones, the punisher is highly reistant to small arms fire and other short caliber weapons, it can fire long range sir to surface missiles to engage tough and highly defended ground targets, and also the punisher can defend itself in a highly contested environments, the punishers are currently deployed in low numbers in Iraq and Syria.
