Again, you can do Tanks, Boats, Helicopters, Planes, Ships, Cars, Trains, ect as long as it fits in the timeline

It's just that, the countries that are listed actually played a role, even a small one in my lore during this war, the only thing the neutral countries supplied is humanitarian aid and food.
