Due to the fact that I play this game on Ipad means i can't downloads mods unless they are already on a plane, so I had to scavenge a lot of parts in order for me to make the right size of plane that I want. This part for me is always included on a plane, the previous owner did add we're allowed to use it so there you go, I dont remember who the maker of this fuel tank is but i'd like to thank him cuz it safes me a lot of trouble.
