Activation 1 to release the tracks.
VTOL all the way up to tension the tracks, and then Activation 1 off.
Activation 2 and VTOl to rotate the turret.
Activation 3 and VOTOL and/or pitch to raise/lower the turret.
Activations 4, 5 and 6 for shells.
Cruise at around 70% power / 10 to 15 mph. Above this speed and there may be problems with the tracks. However, increase power for up-hill and reduce or power off for down-hill.
Roll for left/right.
Cameras are also on the shells.
If problems with tracks (ie. different physics settings) back off the tension a little.

@Bmw1230 that would make it a different variation of the IV... Other versions wold be nice, some of my favorite tanks are variations of the panzer IV. Specifically, if I had to pinpoint a favorite version, I'd say the IV H.
