For some reason after firing a single rocket, the rocket pods detach, I do not know why and I would really like help with this.

    I do not know why the pods detach however it has something to do with the mounting system, I would need to ask you if you added the pods to detach when they are empty OR something is bound to the same Fire Rockets function.
    Ask again when you have more information or another question.
