VK-73, callsign Prowler, is Tau-4's electronic support and countermeasures aircraft. VK-73 orbits the area if operations to offer the unit ECM cover. Prowler is usually assisted by VK-75, callsign Spider, to provide accurate air and ground surveillance. Although a support aircraft, VK-73 is a fierce opponent in the air, currently with 24 gun kills on various aircraft of different specifications. Prowler's airframe has the variable geometry wing function removed to support the large ECM/Radar unit.
