Banana Aerospace Industries unveils their new aircraft: the heavy twin-engine fighter-bomber of the fifth (probably) generation, the FB-2 “Dumbshark”.
BACKGROUND:
Following the remarkable success of the XF-1 Bananihilator (thanks, everyone! As of July 27, 2025, it's the most downloaded aircraft on my account!), BAI leadership – namely YuYsukablyat and Oguzokebani – made a bold decision: to throw an unprecedented drinking party. All the revenue from Bananihilator orders was blown on hundreds, if not thousands, of liters of cheap contraband booze. Thus, the entire staff plunged into a days-long binge.
After an unknown amount of time, the alcohol ran out, and getting more proved too complicated. Reluctantly, the team had to return to work. Suffering from unbearable hangovers, the lead engineers sketched a rough concept on a piece of toilet paper using a lump of charcoal. The sketch was then discarded. Unfortunately – or perhaps fortunately – it didn’t end up in the trash, but in the assembly hangar, where it was picked up by the monkeys.
They mistook the drunken doodles for a new design specification and got to work. After a few days of intense primate labor, this monster was born.
DESCRIPTION:
Staying true to BAI traditions, the FB-2 features numerous banana-based technologies. The banana peel-derived radar-absorbent coating has seen some improvements. But the most groundbreaking innovation on the Dumbshark is its engines: the in-house developed BAI Bananajet-1s, powered by enhanced banana fuel. On top of that, they feature flat nozzles with thrust vectoring (take that, F-22!).
The FB-2 Dumbshark includes three internal weapon bays: one large central bay for the primary bomb and missile loadout, and two smaller side bays, each inside the air intakes, designed to carry one Guardian missile apiece. Built-in weaponry consists of a twin-barreled 30mm Gast gun with a maximum ammo capacity of 240 rounds.
In line with recent company policy, every aircraft now comes with a plush Kasane Teto doll, acting as a co-pilot to support the pilot’s morale, as well as a can of “Baltika 9” beer to boost courage and fighting spirit – especially for those nerve-wracking first sorties.
Instructions:
1 – Open the central bay
2 – Open the side bays
3 – Engage afterburners
4 – Open the canopy
THIS VARIANT:
Focused on delivering missile strikes from a long distance against stationary or slow-moving targets. Carries two Cleaver cruise missiles and two Guardian short-range universal missiles.
