Dragon OAH-3A Scout

The OH-3 is a Paternian reconnaissance/light attack helicopter, designed by Dragon Aerospace. Following experience with the H-1, it was felt that a light, fast helicopter with provision for armament was necessary. To this end, the OH-3 was developed. While the H-2 design was considered for this role, it was a larger and slower aircraft and was employed as a transport. The fast and maneuverable H-3 design proved far more suitable. It would serve as a forward air control aircraft in the Air Force, as well as a multirole helicopter with the Scout Ranger force. In Army service, it would serve as a reconnaissance aircraft for damage assessment and target acquisition purposes. It has a crew of two, and can carry up to 6 people inside.

@Pilotmario Thanks! Still waiting on a new mouse before I'm really back - the left button only registers about one out of four clicks and so would make building or camera angles a nightmare! lol

@Delphinus If I manage to pass 100k, I will ask myself "Why does society overlook or fail to appreciate actual quality products and seeks the instant gratification of a large volume of mediocrity?"

Then again, I'm making a scale AK-47 model. Non-functioning, because there are plenty of people on the site who would love nothing more than to oogle over new guns.
