In game

Flandre Scarlet is a character in Touhou Project.She was first appeared in Touhou Koumakyou as Extra Stage boss of the game.
Then in Touhou Bunkachou,she is also a Ex boss.And appeared with her sister Remilia Scarlet as Nightmare Saturday bosses in Hifuu Naitomea Daiari.

In Stories

There are two vampires in the Scarlet Devil Mansion. They are Remilia Scarlet and her sister Flandre Scarlet.

Flandre rarely goes out of the Scarlet Devil Mansion (it is rumored that she is trapped in the cellar and not allowed to go out.), and the humans who have entered the Scarlet Devil Mansion can basically confirm this.

She has a pair of wings with beautiful shining LED color lights(Actually It is crystals :P), light yellow hair, and the height of her sister Remilia.
Even in the Scarlet Devil Mansion,It's hard for you to see Flandre.She is rarely seen with her sister Remilia.
She can destroy everything she touched.Actually she also can destroy everything even she don't touch it.
This is also one reason why she is trapped in the cellar.

But I think that work is very worst...So I build this plane.
