This ship was built in 1923, one of the first shipyards [REDACTED] as the fleet urgently needed firepower. Before the construction of this ship, the largest ships in the fleet were the frigate.
Short description:
The ship does not have any outstanding characteristics, for some it is even inferior to analogues. But this was the first experience in creating ships and for [deleted] it was a huge breakthrough

looks good, but the paint job is a bit crap
You have a great potential, try using fuselage blocks, it will significantly decrease part count and complexity while giving it a neater look
