Vintage Biplane Airliner

1,284 DouglasCorgi  7.2 years ago

A 1920s/30s era passenger biplane. This plane is my first attempt at interior design, with a functional virtual cockpit and passenger seating. Also the largest plane I've made as of February 22, the fuselage being five blocks wide. Flys very well with good cruising at 85% throttle; plenty of fuel to go wherever you want to go. Enjoy!

EDIT: Updated version with smaller tail fins can be found here: https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/gOfyiG/Passenger-Biplane-1-1

    @jamesPLANESii lol I have been living a lie. I thought that my iPad Air 2 couldn't handle 400 part aircraft. Guess I am sorely mistaken

    @jamesPLANESii - Google Fiber connection, and it's a new iPad. Don't worry, the game crashed a number of times building and testing this thing. ; )

    @DouglasCorgi Looks good. NativeChief1492 is right about the tail, but it is a great model for a first interior.

    @NativeChief1492 - I opted for a single plane rather than a smaller twin or box kite tail configuration. But yes, they are a little large. ^^;
