S-2 Cormorant

280 JakobW  5.8 years ago

The S2 Cormorant, named after the aquatic bird, is a multirole stealth fighter that was rolled out by the Kingdom of Snowstone in August 2018. It would become one of the best aircraft deployed to Krakabloa. This configuration features 2 MK-82 bombs, 2 AIM-9C Sidewinder missiles, a M61 Vulcan, & 2 drop tanks. AG 1 for drop tanks, AG 2 for bombs, AG 3 for missiles. This is the first aircraft I've made that I am truly proud of and is refined enough to be uploaded to SimplePlanes. No weapon bays, sorry. I hope you enjoy this jet.

This is very nice! Though there is a lot of room for improvements.

It is a nice first plane, though through your feedback posts, I listed a few things in my opinion could be improved. I am no expert builder, but hopefully these things will help improve your next plane you make!

Not bad. Still, making the nose gradually come to a point would be much better. Simply make it out of half a dozen blocks each getting narrower, creating a curve.

Take it from someone who has uploaded many, many planes over the last 2 years. You will get more points, if that is what you're after, if you make awesome builds, are generally a nice guy, make good descriptions of your planes, stories and instructions on flight are always enjoyable, and take your time and don't publish broken planes if you can help it. If you do publish one and Discover it broken fix it and repost it.
When you get bored, don't call it quits just try something different.
Deleting it is optional depending on how many votes you received on it.
    Oh, and welcome to sp.com

Not my actual first build, but just my first build that I'm truly proud of and I feel is good enough quality to upload to SimplePlanes, but you probably already know that. Thank you for the positive feedback!
