The HGH-19 was a development off the earlier HCH-19, originally built in 1998 with what was originally the Umbra U-240 Mod.2 cannon, alongside an array of lighter weapons. The original package closed off the cargo bay and added the U-240 on the underside, though the heli had much of it's fuel rerouted to the interior as the sides made room for a pair of 105mm cannons and an extra 45mm cannon on each side. However, these guns originally had a completely manual aiming system, with a sight being fixed to the undercarriage. The gunship also got two new engine mounts, found on the outer wing, that do not move.
However, in 2006 the gunship would receive the newly built Umbra Icarus-I Railcannon. This cannon fires a shell of 300mms loaded with explosive filler, much like the Sturmtiger of old, except with significantly higher velocity. This railcannon is aimed within a FCS room attached to the mount, which aims the cannon through the targeting pod on the underside of the nose. (I kid you not doing that took me hours as originally I used the auto guidance of the HQ119, which failed, and then I looked at another build for a vertical system which didn't work, then I wrote out what I needed for the camera aim, which wouldn't work no matter what I did, and then I finally fixed it but now I was sobbing in a ball on my floor)
...anyways
Activation Groups:
AG-1: Jets
AG-2: Outer Jet Angle
AG-3: Jettison Pylons
AG-4: Arm AAMs
AG-7: "Hover" (stops the aircraft midair, will break props past a certain speed and past 400mph it will discombobulate you, it might also black screen you when disabling because of the nature of its deceleration rate)

The skittle is cookin’ if the skittle hasn’t posted in so long
(wishes to one day be as good as his mentor, the almighty AUTIMUS PRIME)
AC-130 helicopter version
@Morsele the details are what makes a plane unique imo and I've been doing the inscriptions since the JSX-29E (I think) which was for a challenge
It also builds the world of Exeron a bit more, making it seem less like pure fantasyland and more like a nation designed for fiction, which is what it's supposed to be
@SchmooveBrain Oh, that's cool! You pay such attention to detail
@Morsele I usually add more when I have fuselaged wings, I had to fight the gun to keep it working after I tried increasing its angles so I lost all my original markings sadly
They're less noticeable but on the Sleipnir it has the warning labels on the engines and intakes, and when I make "gates" for my intakes I usually add them, there also used to be a "LIVE" label on the XAIM pylons, but I removed that
I really like these inscriptions. I think it would be possible to add different technical inscriptions like "careful", "inlet", "do not step" and so on.
i love how this guy just cooked the missile launchers and shrugged it off like a normal Saturday morning.
