From Who's Who of Humans & Youkai - Everlasting Edition,the girl in the middle is Lyrica Prismriver

Lyrica Prismriver is a member of the Prismriver Sisters who performs magnificent music as part of the "Prismriver Ensemble" along with Merlin Prismriver and Lunasa Prismriver.Lyrica first made her début on as the stage 4 boss of Perfect Cherry Blossom and appeared as a playable character in Phantasmagoria of Flower View, although she didn't have her own scenario. She also made a cameo in Hopeless Masquerade.
Lyrica has a very clever attitude. Normally, she is the one convincing her sisters to fight because she doesn't like to battle alone. Making the minimum effort to get the maximum benefit is the only thing she thinks of. She knows herself every well. She doesn't act without being 3 movements ahead.
