Designed as a replacement for the venerable Hurricane the Hart II has a Rolls Royce Griffin engine complete with the contra rotating propellor combination (allows smaller diameter props to be used), it also includes the 4 20mm cannon that the hurricane used so effectively. Build has split flaps, undercarriage that closes at different speeds (like real aircraft of this era) and thats about that.
Hawker Hind series
I started building the Hawker Hind as a sort of alternative reality development line from Hawker running alongside the Hurricane and Typhoon/Tempest. As with a lot of aircraft of this era I always anticipated that there would be multiple Marks of aircraft (look at the Spitfire, 24 different Marks). So I started simple, a single piston engine (albeit counter rotating propellors), monoplane combining a lot of design styling from the era, in later revisions things get more complex, role specific and experimental.

@Tang0five yeah I know, some exhausts which are not mods or rockets would be nice. A bit of a strange one this for me, I built the wings for something else but need more time / thought to fully develop that concept but the wings where too nice to leave lying around hence this build. This is only a mk1 as I was originally aiming for a much different layout but again I got to the stage where I was ready to alter it and thought it was a shame not to finish it in a more traditional layout.
Flies rather nicely, I especially like the recess for the LG to slot into. I can see your into the engine exhaust lights - I think it they do look good from a distance. Shame sp won’t get an update for exhaust effects anytime soon....
She’s a beauty, got the elegance of Supermarine about her! Contra rotating props are always a good thing!
@randomusername Cool, I feel kinda dumb for not knowing what you where calculating there... thanks though :)
