The Sea Dart, a supersonic seaplane fighter aircraft, was Convair's entry for the Navy's supersonic interceptor aircraft. The plane takes off on its two hydro skis from the water and lands on them. Unfortunately, it only flew as a prototype/ proof of concept (Note: you must take off from the water, throttle to %100, and pull up until the handling becomes "normal" AND VTOL DOWN). THE TRUTH IS OUT THERE.
