SB-52 “Raven”

The SB-52 Raven is the bleeding edge of unmanned strategic strike aviation—built for deep-penetration, high-speed air-to-ground warfare in the most heavily defended zones on Earth. Inspired by the legendary SR-71 Blackbird and the conceptual SR-72.

Capable of flight operational speeds from 300 mph to Mach 4+, the Raven’s dual-engine propulsion system delivers unprecedented acceleration—Mach 1 to Mach 4 in under 10 seconds. The resulting G-forces would tear apart a human pilot, which is why the Raven is a fully autonomous UCAV. (Use the VTOL slider up to engage maximum speed, and acceleration)

The aircraft is constructed from a revolutionary titanium-duranium alloy, layered in graphite-tungsten composite and finished with a flexible ceramic-silicone stealth mesh. This proprietary coating renders the Raven invisible to all EMF radar, thermal, and ultrasonic detection systems—eliminating the need for traditional flares or decoys.

The Raven carries two internal payload bays:
• Six GP “miniature” air-to-ground warheads (9-mile range), deployable at any speed, built for surgical strikes on hardened and time-critical targets.
• Six air-to-air GP missiles serve as last-resort defense, enabling the Raven to clear its escape vector if intercepted.

Though strike-focused, the SB-52 is also equipped for close-range reconnaissance, capable of capturing ultra-detailed visual and EM scans at high speed, allowing it to observe without risk of interception or exposure.

While carrier-launch capable, the Raven’s powerplant generates immense thermal exhaust—often scorching deck plating—making ground-based launch the preferred method for repeated operations.
