Morgan's FAF is an advanced development of the Morgan HRX, which has become immensely successful and versatile. Originally cancelled due to cost overruns, underperformance, and other development issues, the HRX was shelved for a number of years before being redesigned as a private venture by Trijicon-Century.
The FAF boasts a composite design with low-observable considerations, an internal electronic warfare suite, AESA radar, and versatile weapons capabilities. It is expected to be produced in huge numbers to replace many different aircraft currently in service with Morgan's air forces.

Trijicon-Century resumed work on the HRX project as a private venture without support or funding from Morgan. The HRX was envisioned to be an agile light strike fighter, and it suffered from a crippling short range and outdated equipment.
