@ALRX this doesn't look like a bug with the game, it just looks like the rotators have re-attached to each other and are over-rotating as a result, i'f i were you i'd get the Designer Suite mod as it has a tool that lets you check and manually modify part connections
it has something to do with rotator and engine power @tucan

@Wolfgamer3566 actually this nozzle is planned to be used on the SU-34 that i am working on.
