What formula do you use to calculate the number of drag points a specific aircraft should have?
is this based upon a certain previously agreed-upon value?
Please clarify this, could be very helpful for a build.

The part with removing nosecone drag is pretty clever, it shouldn't at all be that high in the vanilla game either.

Another tip in relation to engine power and drag is that it helps to recreate realistic acceleration. Instead of having one engine for takeoff and one for cruise and non reheat flight, you only need power with one. This way the acceleration is more consistent and realistic. Having another engine with zero power is useful to recreate realistic engine glow but acceleration rate jumps too much when it activates. This does not apply to reheat/afterburner engine though since that will dramatically increase acceleration. As you probably know, when drag is reduced, it increases planes maximum speed on the same engine power so when you play around with those two numbers, you can create a very realistic acceleration rate. I hope this is of use :)

Annotations appear for very small time so I had to pause the video several times to read those.

My OCD went a bit haywire when you were 0.1 dragging parts instead of 0 dragging parts 😂
