It's very simple. so&so1 blocks so&so2, and they both cannot see activity after that. Because people will start to go ham if this isn't here. Especially me. Because probably the exact outcome is I get pissed off and tell them to shut up and leavee alone. Which is sort of blocking them, but isn't completely blocking.
