Why does the PC and Android differ so much?

I build on both my phone and home PC; however, I don't know which is honestly better. I used to think that the PC far outweighed the Android but now... ?????? I work very hard on Android to get a stable, well flying plane using high physics etc.. Then I'll upload the plane, excited about it only to download it on the PC and also using high physics... it flies terrible! Huh?? How is there such a discrepancy between the two platforms? A plane will truly fly amazingly well on my mobile only to fly like junk on the PC. I am honestly afraid that whomever decides to download the build will hate it simply due to the fact that they may be using a PC instead of Android, or maybe IOS. Any ideas or thoughts? Is there something I'm not considering? Does the Android need to be set differently to create a more compatible version??? Very strange... I often will start a project on the Android and finish on PC or vice versa. HELP :)

Honestly, I think it's just going to be something I deal with and learn to live with. I'm definitely using high physics settings on both android and PC as that's pretty much all I ever use anyway. I might try messing with some of the settings just to see. Thanks to everyone for the input. Help is always appreciated :).

@ThePilotDude lol. Actually, I have better control on the PC through the controller I'm using; however, even with the keyboard and mouse, it's the same.

Simple, android has smooth touchscreen controls, PC has clunky keys
