So, whenever I try to edit the Wing/Control Surface RIGHT after I dragged it from the Parts Menu, It would just make a hole in the wing

But when I try to edit it again, the Control Surface would just "blend" in as if there was no Control Surface, but when I play the Control Surface would just reappear.

I have the same problem but I don't consider this as a bug of course it's not a very important problem if you want to fix this bug just deactivate the designer suite mod but it means that you can't use it anymore

It clashes with the Designer Suit mod
Edit: better ask the mod author to fix that issue.
I have the same problem, disable said mod and try again
