I have built a few planes with this problem. Whenever my plane reaches take-off speed, they randomly, uncontrollably, pitch up. My CoM is in front of my CoL, sooooooooooooo... I don't know.

Moving the CoM further frontwards ( totaly correct grammar >:)...) worked!
Is the CoT far below the CoM? Also, maybe the CoM isn't far enough in front. Or maybe you just have too much pitch or lift.
Did you set your physics to High?
Is this about your Myriagon? If so, the answer could be to just make your plane longer to fix the problem and give it better performance.
