1. Relaria recognizes Halcyon and Eternistan as a Superpower
Any foreign forces must be withdrawn from Relaria in 2 weeks
Maximum military units of Relarian armed forces will be limited to:
230,000 men Active
300,000 reserve
30% of the land vehicles must be handed
over within 2 months period20% of the Airforce assets must be handed over within the same time period
Naval capability will be reduced to 50%
Naval vessel displacement will be limited to 38,000 tonnes
Pay for the damages you've done to Halcyon
Forward Operating Bases of Halcyon and Eternistan will be present in your country
Foreign purchases will be strictly monitored and will be reviewed through private contacts
You and your allies must stop holstile actions against Halcyon and Eternistan
Any outside relations will be reviewed and will be cut if necessary
Relaria must hand over all nuclear weapons within 5 weeks period
All ICBM launch facilities must be demolished within 7 weeks
Reduction of GDP by 8%
Foreign interference will not be tolerated during 3 months period after this deal is signed

Relaria should pay the damage fines and warcrime fines for whatever reason and warcrime unknowingly (or knowing)committed
The Relarian empire and it’s allies will not be allowed to attack halcyon for 3 months
