Just buy the game again.
If you bought it from the site/devs, you can might? get a steam key if you contact them here. Explain how you bought it, where, and obviously when. Since you have some planes already uploaded, that should be proof you already own it. Mention that, too
You need to contact the people you bought it from.
@randomusername Well since I paid money for a game I doubt it's much of a waste of time to get my purchase restored. Money in exchange for the game. That's how this works.
@randomusername since I already own the game it seems silly to buy it again.
