90% sure I didn't stroke out writing the title, announcements/news and teasers will be made in this little post.
To start off, my phone did a thing. For some reason, it just up and factory reset itself for no reason. I was out eating at IHOP when I noticed my phone was blue-screened, the Android character was in the center, and below were the words "erasing".
I quickly pulled the battery, gave it a second, then plugged everything back up and together.
My phone proceeded to notify me after several Android phone startup screens that my phone attempted an unauthorized factory reset, for some reason...
"Well, thats great" I thought, but I felt pretty confident everything important was safe on my SD card (SP, various writing pieces, passwords, gmail accs, etc.).
Well, 2/3rds of my gallery was saved, contacts and the such, but games and writing examples...
SP is the strangest of the two, because none of the saved stuff I had was recovered, but only were (Very Unfortunately) the stock crafts recovered, as well as half a dozen old and ancient builds of mine and some downloaded crafts from well over a year ago. I'm not even remotely sure how SP managed to recover these effin builds because they were lost on my old phone, and SD card, neither of which literally have nothing to do with this new phone...
And the writing stuff, apparently my constant backups were disregarded and 3 months of work was erased... still have most things, but I wrote a lotta crap in 3 months for hecks sakes...
And now the teaser!
Since my phone died on me or something, I decided to tell myself to make something with this fresh-ish slate, so I made a jet. Well, am making a jet.
It's meant to be a sorta continuation of my "Kold War" (cold with a K...?) thing, but a bit further ahead in time compared to the like 3 jets so far introduded.
Mainly a Daimler-Benz design, it mounts some fictional super turbo jet engine that gets it over 1000mph.
Super fast thing, and it can land on carriers too!
Everything on it is still super WiP, and some place holder stuff, but things should get along well enough over the next day or two.

My original phone the center of the screen stopped working. so panicking i did a factory reset to try to fix it, which it didn't help at all. But i lost EVERYTHING that was in a app that had a lock on it because the screen wasn't working and i couldn't unlock the app to get the files. so it ended as i lost all of my original sp builds and it everything saved on that device. eventually i downloaded a phone checker app and found out the LCD went bad, probably from years of high brightness from previous owners is my best guess. so now i build on a tablet and upload things from a tiny Samsung SCH-100
BTW pressing the home button, power button and either volume button at the same time does induce a factory reset so.... yea... goodnight! :)

It's central time zone for me here. Probably the same time zone as the devs now that I think about it.

While I'm not too particularly into flight sims, it's something I guess I could look into come morning.

Well if you like X-Plane 10 mobile i can never find anyone to play with so.... i mean... if you have it we could try multiplayer but, you don't have to...
Mmm, depends on which one I guess.
Ones closer to the end of WW2 are a bit better in my books, but closer to today I've not got much a care for.

The phone was just off, clicked power button and all.
And year...? Mmm, not too sure of that, but considering my past luck of phones, theres just a good chance my phone literally did it for no reason.
