Invisible in what way? If transparent what you mean then you can set the length to a negative number, but if you want to literally make a part invisible, just set the scale to 0,0,0

Yes you make them 0,0,0 scale in xml.but then it is impossible to move or edit them if you don't edit the xml fila manually.
