In light of recent events, the Federal Republic of Nevada has created the Mojave Pact, a military alliance between the Nevadans, Iran, Relaria, and the German Empire. This pact will allow military access to and from all nations in it, and will also allow the members to call each other to arms, joining wars. Joint building will also be a thing.
Rules of the Mojave Pact:
1. Countries in the pact can not declare war, embargo trade or stage a coup on eachother.
2. Lend-Leasing the enemy will result in banishment from the pact and possible invasion.
3. Outside faction alliances are prohibited.
4. Sabotaging each other is prohibited, and will be met with force.
5. While we do not follow the Geneva Convention, you are to have a basic set of morals regarding what and what not to do.
6. You will not declare war without faction leader approval.
7. Exempt to #6 is if you are a target of a foreign war goal.
8. Joint Building of the Armies, Navies and Air Forces is permitted, and encouraged.
9. Just because we don't follow the Convention, does NOT mean civilian casualties are OK. If you are found killing/beating/raping civilians, the ones found responsible will be shot without trial.
10. Do not make aggressive moves internationally unless you are fired upon first.
11. You may NOT leave the Mojave Pact when we are at war.
12. You may leave the Mojave Pact only at peace time, and with a valid form of resignation.

Theoretically... Mealtröm is sort of a dictatorship in some ways... But that's mostly cause it's a military country and it probably the least opressive dictatorship and the one that grants it’s citizens the most freedom (truly the citizens are as free [if not more] than any other none-dictorial country. What really make Maelström a dictatorship is the distribution of power in the government, which is not all to one person, but it is less balanced than most other none-dictorial countries. It's not a dictatorship like the ones currently in North Korea or other countries in similar cases. Also, Maelstrom is extremely liberal.
