I think I’ve reached the maximum height of SP...

As you can see that these 2 pictures have the same altitude, meaning that the altitude is not increasing anymore, therefore it’s the maximum

If the picture doesn’t work

    Now that makes sense @F4f879

btw that altitude is equal to java’s Max integer value so it makes sense if it caps altitude there

to confirm this, use the antigravity mod to make a cockpit that gets sucked upward really fast lol

Hmm thats interesting SP uses a 32 bit number to store height

No lag, no crash. super duper smooth. Somehow it reached that height in a split second, but ended up with lower than 500 mph @randomusername

Watch this very quick video of the game crashing from over speed.

It does not lag and then it crashes, correct?

lol, it was the dog fight. When this thing shot down the enemy, the explosion of the enemy launch it up there with the speed less than 500 mph, but it got there in a split second though. Weird @Spacedoge12345plane

    Alt always stops increasing.
If your game did not get buggy A F, you can go higher.

Try making a detacher rocket ship where it sends you so high up and gets buggy, when that happens, use a reverse detacher to get 0mph or under 10000. save the location and use your spacecraft to find the limit between crashing and being buggy. Once you have that you can look in cloud settings to see how high you actually got. (In meters) You would have to save the location right before it crashes)

I believe you launched your self very high and let gravity do its thing.

What do you mean by ‘how much did you get to find the maximum height?’ @MrKoT

That’s the same height as my pics @Spacedoge12345plane

The maximum height is the highest alt before your game crashes.

Very awesome. I did some calculations and turns out it is approximately 1/5 of the distance to the moon.
