Try saving a tutorial plane as a sub-assembly and ten make a squadron out of them with identical ones.You would see that the others get more lift than the main aircraft.
So this put in my mind:Does setting a cockpit as primary increase it's weight without showing it?

@randomusername @metallicplanes it’s because wings that are not connected to the main cockpit have different physics. To my knowledge, more lift, less drag and less weight
