It drives me nuts that people can modify builds by just adding 5 to 10 parts to a plane and get away with modifying builds. It doesn't seem fair to the person who built the plane, I get that they get points for the modified build, but come on! These people worked hard to build some of these planes and people just add some missiles or bombs and call it a day
The worst part is there only doing it to rake in points, because there building skill isn't high enough to get any points.
I think we can all agree, modifying build is great! I have 3 builds that people made by taking my planes and modifying them, and I love it, it gives builds a new feel, it points out how much the plane could have been different.
But when someone just adds a few parts to a great plane, truck, boat, etc. It's just basically reposting a plane that someone else made.
@BlackhattAircraft ah
@Remote hate to say it but you can't nail him
@Remote ok
@BlackhattAircraft They did change the engines, color and added some winglets so I'm not entirely sure. Maybe you can look at it and be sure since you've been on longer than I have
@BlackhattAircraft ok
@Remote the build I mean
@Remote you should
@BlackhattAircraft no
@Remote did you report him?
@BlackhattAircraft Well someone did that to my Y3 Ecoliner
@Remote well more times than not I see people who just add a few parts that change nothing.
Some people have asked to modify my builds before going through and those who didn't, put a lot of time into changing them
@EternalDarkness I know, but if theres no physical difference what can we do?
Builds that only add a few random guns or change a color get removed if they are reported. Builds where the user invested effort to improve an existing build are fine.
