I’m building a Jeep and I want it to have the same top speed (45 mph) of a real Jeep, using the in game 90hp engine. However, it launches the Jeep at like a 100+ mph. What can I do?

If you can xml mod just connect the Wheels to an Engine and then change the max angular velocity or whatever, the number isn't the speed so you need to try multiple times until you get it right.
