Just one part got a delayed function, that we can use to build the landing gear cover, parachute of a heavy Bomb (include some paradrop) , some afterburner, booster rocket and so on, so many ways to use.
Use: We can connect with an activation group, and all items under this group can be controlled by this part.

You can delay rotators by pairing them with other rotators moving in the opposite direction. It's just a matter of setting them both to the same speed and getting the angles right.
