Supersonic aircraft do not have elevators. Instead, the entire horizontal tail rotates up and down, sometimes the vertical tail is the same way.
The other common mistake is to put the rear landing gear in the back of the plane. Don't do that. The "rear" landing gear is actually the main landing gear and it holds almost the entire weight of the plane. Put it in the middle of the plane a block or two behind the center of mass.
Here's a tip: Performance. Try to make it realistic, not crazy. Look up some specs on the F-35 such as top speed, roll rate, how long it takes for a complete loop, and try to match your plane to it. Maybe ask BogdanX for some help, if you need it, he's really good with making realistic flying things. Good luck in building, it looks really cool so far!
