Download overload on the website's mod section. Put it on the mod folder of your SP and activate it on the game's main menu. A new button should appear in the designer, to the left of the play button.

Using overload itself:
To scale an object, so click on the object you want to resize, and click the overload button to the left of the play button in the designer. After that, interface will appear and in there you can adjust the size of the object via the "scale" setting. Normal object size is 1,1,1. Adjust that until you get your desired size.

Use overload. If you're on iOS you need to make your own landing gear.
