it doesn't open the steam navigator but it opens my browser (chrome)

@Tully2001 shift tabbing before pressing download worked, thanks a lot :)
@XEWAX just use edge and choose open instead of save
@Minecraftpoweer and all the planes will be in my download folder
and it's very annoying..
@Minecraftpoweer it's not normal tho.
just download planes from chrome then
