Just tried to up load a new vehicle and couldn't.
I did see today when I started to play that there was, apparently, an update--either with steam or simple planes, or maybe just Windows 10?--and so the mods I've had enabled, all two of them (I use the Color Editor mod and the Tournament Verifier.)--weren't enabled. Re started those and proceeded to build a new idea.
I didn't actually use those mods for the build, stuck with stock colors and didn't need to verify this for anything.
When I tried to upload it, first I noted that I wan't signed in through the game. So, I tried to do so and got a pop up saying I couldn't sign in with mods enabled?
Is that a thing now? Or is this more of Windows 10 updates breaking stuff?

@F104Deathtrap I post moderately, sometimes one or two in a day, very occasionally I will post three. But, I am aware of that 3 per limit. Didn't apply in what was going on earlier. Which has, apparently, solved itself. I guess I did do the classic "IT Crowd" method of turning it off and then on again by closing simple planes and restarting the program, though. :)
Have you been posting planes a lot? The site only allows 3 per day.
it sometimes logs you out but then you can just disable the mods, restart the game, log in and upload and then you can activate them again.
It's just the game being the game happens from time to time
