@Strikefighter04 simpleplanes has a "report" threshold as far as i can see, where if a certain amount of people report something, it gets deleted without human inspection
Don't report. But here in Germany this is somewhat difficult because it is forbidden to show the swastika in a non-historic context.
I remember the turn based wargame Steel Panthers (another SP) had an international version with swastikas and a German version with Iron crosses instead.

Yes, swastikas are only allowed in accurate replicas as far as I know
