Is 'Ground Effect' modeled in the game?

I've got a barely finished bomber and was test flying it to see if it could fly in general by way of the 'final approach' stuff and I attempted to land in the water and saw that my plane wasn't sinking very quickly. So I gunned the throttle and now it's acting as a sort of boat. So I'm thinking that the ground effect is the cause, but I dunno if the game simulates that. Could just be the way it's angled.

(How do you attach images?)

Yes it is and how you want it to work is by making a car put wings and turn it 15 degrees and that wing mostly produce lift but if you point the wing down a bit it will creat the ground effect its what I use for when making my F1 cars

@F4f879 That is probably the right answer. XD and now I know it won't be hard to turn it into a flying boat. :D
