ok so i am making a missile but i can not get it to pitch without making huge wings, is there a way with overload or fine tune that i can make the effect of pitching greater, it is going about 1000 mph so if you think you know how to fix it please respond, thanks

Give it big wings ans scale them down until they fit inside the missile.
