I've never really tested the limits of mine. I usually play on PC but I can handle around 600 on low with a decent frame rate.

Basically up to 800 on low quality

Mine can handle DeLorean and I have android.

I have no idea but my phone can handle about 250-300 parts with good frame rate. I have an Alcatel onetouch Pixi.
