The looks of the car are always dependable on what's underneath the body. Always make sure you make the suspension as flat as possible because high suspension ruins your abilities to make a nice looking car.

To make it go you need to make the engines input pitch and the back two wheels inputs are pitch and the two front wheels inputs are roll

Fuselage blocks are life. Don't forget your car should function well, too.
