There is no such thing as concave shapes in SP, unless a builder uses multiple shapes curved into a concave shape. In fact, referring to my earlier post regarding convex shapes, it would in fact be even MORE useful if we had a concave selection in the build menu...in addition to "hard, smooth, curved and round", I think it would be useful if "concave curved" and/or "concave round" were included in that list.
