Rare spotting!

8,039 MaximusTheMinimus  7.0 years ago

So I was taking a walk earlier, and I heard a plane above me. That's not at all unusual. I always try to challenge myself to guess what it is, and to my surprise, I saw an A380-800!!! Because of the way we fly now, large aircraft are becoming rarer and rarer, so a massive jet at 700 ft altitude was pretty awesome to me.

P.S. Are there any good, mobile friendly A380s on this site?

Your lucky enough to find one, Ive never seen one before on my entire life. Btw I live near an air base which wasn't good for me as I saw jet fighters landing daily

You must live near an airport or that plane was in trouble.

I may live near an international airport, but I never have seen an A380, A350, nor a 787. Ever.

Yeah, with the 747, they are the only remaining quads in production status. The age of efficiency has arrived.

Wow! I have only seen an a380 once in my life. It was a year ago and it was a Korean Air a380 on the ground at the atlanta airport.
