I actually saw the shape many times everytime I dodge it , and somewhat I took a screenshot of it and tries to make a replica
They're actually look like the single Rockets but will a additional fin in the back and guided...it's range is actually 9km..

They seem to have a range of 5 miles (for snowstone missile launchers that is)

@RedHawk it's a custom missile that only the AI (Snowstone defenses, Destroyers, AA Tanks) can use... apparently they have an alliance, or a manufacturer in common, and have managed to keep the specialized missiles away from the builders :(
