I'm pretty sure its the ammount of points. Not rank. I can spotlight other Gold users' stuff. :) @Delphinus

You have to have more pints that a user to spotlights them
@Delphinus Thanks! I knew what it was for, I just didn't know why we couldn't spotlight certain things, I thought that it was rank based but I wanted to clarify.
