B737 400 500 900ER Fix Fuel Tank
You will need 2 feel tanks do this. 1 feel tank XML it to however much feel you would like and then make another with negative feel values which will reduce the weight
Mass Scale=ex.0 Fuel=ex.1E+20 Capacity=ex.1E+20 I am not sure if this is the actual words but yeah Use overload and fine-tune mod, it helps save time.

@orion321 open your plane file with a text editor and edit some part properties.
How to xml modding ? Without mod
Look in the xml, there are 2 tags wich define how much fuel the block has. After that set massScale to "0"
